Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited Recharges : Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited is providing recharge services of various prepaid and postpaid mobile phones, DTH just as a reseller only. Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited is not a telecommunication company/service provider or DTH service provider and is only a reseller of prepaid, postpaid mobile and DTH services provided by telecommunications and DTH service providers or other distributors or aggregators of such service providers. Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited does not warrant or guaranty of the services to be provided by the service provider(s). Recharge sold by us to User is sold without recourse against us for any breach of contract by the Telco. Any disputes regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the Recharge purchased must be handled directly between User (or the recipient of the Recharge) and the Telco.

Travels :

1. Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited is only providing a platform for getting Bus/Air/Rail tickets. Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited does not operate transportation services of its own. It is the sole discretion of the User to select any operator or mode as per their convenience.
   
2. Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited merely responsible for providing this platform for issuing tickets, cancellation, support for refund against cancellation and other available information. Besides these responsibilities Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited shall not be responsible for any issue arising out of its travelling including but limited to time schemed, services offered, luggage safety etc.
   
3. Any cancellation or refund shall be carry out as per the terms and policy of the service provider.
   
4. Passengers are require to abide by all the terms and conditions for availing the services including carrying the valid ticket, identity proof, not carrying any combustible or dangerous article, weapon etc.
   
5. Ant facility, service, amenity shown as a part of the deal or transaction will be provided by the service provider only, Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited shall not be responsible for any such offer or deal. User shall be free to inquire about the offer and take its decision.

Bill payment/Insurance Premium payment etc For availing or using the said service of payment of any bill, Premium etc. User undertakes to provide complete, correct and all the requisite information for making the payment. Failure to provide complete or correct information will entitle Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited to reject the transaction, suspend or terminate User’s account for any future operation Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited shall not be responsible for any liability arising due to any of the below stated reason which is not an exhaustive list:

1. Insufficiency of funds in User’s account
2. Information provided by the user is incomplete, incorrect
3. Any discrepancy or rejection by the service provider (to whom the payment is to be made for services).
4. Any reason not attributable or beyond the control of Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited.
5. Rejection by the bank or financial institution for any reason as per their procedure/process.
6. Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited shall intimate to the User about the failed payment.

User’s Obligations:

General Obligations: The User shall access the site only for laws and specific purpose(s) for which he/she has opted for and User shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, statutes and rogations in connection with the use of this web site. The User shall not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from this Website. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree that any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be first resolved by amicable means and failure to resolve the same within 30 days shall entitle the parties to refer it to the arbitration conducted by sole arbitrator appointed by Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited. The proceeds shall be conducted as per Arbitration and conciliation Act 1996 or any of its successive status. The seat of arbitration shall be at Delhi and proceeding being conducted in English language. The award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated from this Agreement to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable

Heading

The heading references herein are for convenience purposes only, do not constitute a part of these Terms and Conditions, and will not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof

Entire Agreement

This is the entire agreement between User and Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited relating to the subject matter hereof and will not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties, or by a change to this Agreement made by Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Termination

User agrees that Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited shall have all the rights to suspend or terminate User’s account wholly or partly or usage of services and/or User’s profile at any time. Soft Solution Zone Pvt. Ltd. Private Limited may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Services, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
